Master of Exercise Physiology
Course overview
You will complete a total of 72 credit points, comprising of 60 credit points of core units of study, 6 credit points of elective unit of study and 6 credit points of capstone unit of study to qualify for the award of the Master of Exercise Physiology degree.
Throughout this degree, students gain a comprehensive understanding of Exercise Physiology including Design and Implementation of Exercise, Assessment and the Exercise Physiologist, Exercise in Cardiometabolic Diseases, Exercise and Musculoskeletal Health 1 and 2, Clinical Practice 1, Exercise Physiology and Client Care, Exercise, Ageing and Neurological Health and Capstone unit which will be available 2021.
Professional accreditation
The Master of Exercise Physiology has Qualifying Accreditation status at the level of Exercise Physiology from Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
The course will be submitted for consideration of full accreditation at the required stage.
Full (or provisional) accreditation status must be awarded for graduates of the course to be eligible for accreditation credentialing with ESSA.
