Streams
A stream is a core program of study and an additional set of units of study for the stream.
The available streams in the Bachelor of Science are:
In addition to the requirements specified in the degree resolutions, achievement of the Dalyell stream requires completion of 12 credit points of Dalyell units as set out in Table D (Dayell Stream).
The available streams in the Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Advanced Studies are:
- Advanced
- Agriculture
- Animal and Veterinary Bioscience

- Dalyell.
In addition to the requirements specified in the degree resolutions, achievement of the Dalyell stream requires completion of 12 credit points of Dalyell units as set out in Table D (Dalyell Stream).
Programs
A program is a combination of units of study that develops expertise across several disciplines or a professional or specialist field. It includes at least one recognised major in a field of study. Programs are larger volumes of study – in a specified area – than a 48 credit point major. They are also designed to ensure that industry or employment needs are met and are recorded on your student transcript.
The available programs in the Bachelor of Science are:
