Peace and Conflict Studies

For continuing students only

Master of Peace and Conflict Studies

Students complete 72 credit points, including:
(a) a minimum of 18 credit points of core units of study; and
(b) a minimum of 18 credit points from selective units of study, and
(c) a maximum of 24 credit points from elective units of study which can include an optional specialisation as listed:
(i) Social Research specialisation: 12 credit points core units of study and 6 credit points from the list
(d) with the permission of the Degree Coordinator a maximum of 12 credit points of elective units can be taken from units of study outside those listed in the table, including a maximum of 6 credit points from units of study offered by other faculties.
(e) 6 credit points from capstone units of study

Graduate Diploma in Peace and Conflict Studies

Students complete 48 credit points, including:
(a) a minimum of 18 credit points of core or capstone units of study; and
(b) a minimum of 18 credit points from selective units of study: and
(c) a maximum of 12 credit points from elective units of study
(i) with the permission of the Degree Coordinator a maximum of 12 credit points of elective units can be taken from units outside those listed in table, including:
(ii) a maximum of 6 credit points from units of study offered by other faculties.

Graduate Certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies

Students complete 24 credit points, including:
(a) a minimum of 12 credit points of core or capstone units of study; and
(b) a maximum of 12 credit points from selective units of study.
