Economics
Coursework
The Economics program provides training in theoretical and applied aspects of modern economics, econometrics, and financial economics, combining an enhanced focus on industry-relevant training with the academic rigour that has long been a hallmark of the School of Economics. It is the leading career development program of its type in Australia and a well-established supplier of graduates to both the private and public sectors.
The Master of Economics is offered by the School of Economics although several units are taught by the Discipline of Finance in the Business School. There are two intakes per year for the Master of Economics, with classes commencing in February and August.
