About Industry and Community Projects
What are Industry and Community Project Units?
Industry and Community Project Units (ICPUs) provide students with the opportunity to work on authentic problems and issues set out by industry, community and government organisations.
In collaboration with a major industry partner and an academic lead, students work in a group with other students from a range of disciplinary backgrounds to solve a real world problem.
The units are offered at 3000 level and 4000 level and are open to all students who meet the eligibility requirements as specified in their Faculty Handbook for that unit of study.
The specific projects available may vary from year to year and can be found on the Interdisciplinary Projects website. More information about how to enrol in Industry and Community Project Units of study can be found here.
