Students complete 30 credit points of core units of study, including a capstone unit of study. Full-time students take 24 credit points of core units in Semester 1 of a given year; part-time students usually take 12 credit points in Semester 1 in each of two consecutive years. Candidates for the master's degree must choose a minimum of 6 credit points from Part 1.
