Graduate Diploma in Public Health Law |

The Graduate Diploma in Public Health Law will be offered to new commencing students for the last time in Semester 2 (July) 2016. | |||
This degree will no longer be offered to commencing student after 31 December 2016. | |||
Students can apply for related alternate course/degree which includes: Master of Health Law; Graduate Diploma in Health Law | |||
Continuing students should refer to the degree resolutions in the year they commenced their degree. | |||
Exemption from core units of study should not be assumed to be automatic. Formal approval must be obtained from the Sydney Law School prior to enrolment. | |||
Students must complete 24 credit points of units of study, comprising: | |||
(i) 12 credit points of core units of study and 12 credit points of elective units of study, for students without a law background; or | |||
(ii) 6 credit points of core unit of study and 18 credit points of elective units of study, for students with a law background. | |||

LAWS6252 Legal Reasoning and the Common Law System |
6 | N LAWS6881 Students are recommended to enrol well in advance of classes in order to complete pre-class readings (normally available to enrolled students 3 weeks prior to the first class). Law graduates from a non-common law jurisdiction are also recommended to complete classes for this unit during the first week of their commencing semester. |
