For the award of a major in Econometrics, students complete: | |||
(i) 12 credit points in junior units of study: BUSS1020* (or ECMT1010) AND ECMT1020; | |||
(ii) 12 credit points of compulsory senior units of study: ECMT2150 and ECMT2160; and | |||
(iii) 24 credit points in elective senior units of study (with a minimum of 18 credit points in ECMT 3000 level units). | |||
* Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Commerce and related combined degrees must complete BUSS1020, as it is a core unit for their degree, rather than ECMT1010. | |||

12 | P Students who want to take honours in Econometrics have to: (i) qualify for a major in Econometrics; (ii) obtain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65 in all units of study in the degree; (iii) obtain a distinction average or better in ECMT3110 and ECMT3120; (iv) obtain a WAM of at least 75 in the senior units of study in the ECMT major.
